Use of additional services on our website

Contact by e-mail / contact form
If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, we process the data you provide to handle your request
and any follow-up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in processing inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Without
this data, we cannot answer your inquiry.
Recipients and processors
We use external technical service providers (e.g., hosting, newsletter delivery, security/anti-abuse) who act
strictly on our instructions as processors (Art. 28 GDPR). Where necessary, we disclose personal data to such
providers or to authorities/courts when legally obliged. If a transfer requires consent, we will request it in advance.
Third-country transfers
Where personal data is transferred to third countries (outside the EU/EEA), this occurs on the basis of your consent,
legal obligations, performance of a contract or our legitimate interests and with appropriate safeguards (e.g.,
EU Standard Contractual Clauses). See the service-specific notes above (e.g., Google Analytics).
Storage periods
Unless otherwise stated or consented to (e.g., in cookie settings), we store personal data for the duration of your
website visit or the business relationship and then delete it. Statutory retention periods (e.g., German Commercial
Code/Tax Code) may apply (up to 10 years). During retention, processing is restricted (blocking).

In case of objection, we will stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your

Where the legal requirements are met, you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16),
erasure (Art. 17) and restriction (Art. 18) as well as the right to data portability (Art. 20) regarding
